In this post I will provide some video examples of different trainers explaining movements related to mobility and stability that I talked about in my last post!
The first exercise is the bear crawl demonstrated by Mike Boyle. He explains the proper way to preform this movement in the video.
The next video is from Eric Cressy. He has trained multiple professional athletes and this is a great movement to increase hip mobility and stabilize your core as he explains in this video. I like to use this movement in my stretching routine after 90/90 hip switches.
The last video I have today is from Zach Dechant, who is the strength and conditioning coach at TCU. I have referenced him before and he does a great job with his athletes. Here he talks about stability in the upper body while letting the hips and lower body move, with a variation of the dead bug movement. The dead bug has lots of different variations and is a great stability exercise.
